The Identity Store Ltd Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. PRICES
   All prices are, where applicable, inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Prices quoted supercede all previously published lists. Customers should note that all orders are accepted subject to prices ruling at time of despatch. Products may vary in detail from the picture shown. We reserve the right to alter/improve specifications without notice. Please note that shipping charges are subject to VAT. Any changes in VAT regulations or rates will be applied at time of sale. Printed leather orders exclude VAT which will be charged at the current rate of 17.5%.
   
   
2. ORDERS
   Orders are paid for by PayPal for PayPal account holders or by direct contact with The Identity Store via this site (details will be given by email or telephone).
   
   

The following methods can be used: Pounds Sterling Cheque (drawn on a UK Bank) payable to The Identity Store and crossed a/c payee. An open cheque may be sent payable to The Identity Store and crossed with the words Account Payee Only and with the words “not to exceed xxx.xx” written below your signature (xx being the maximum your goods are likely to cost plus the appropriate amount to cover postage and insurance). Postal Orders (Pounds Sterling) payable to The Identity Store MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron or Cash (details to be given at time of order confirmation) Direct / Telegraphic transfer (details to be given at time of order confirmation). Please note that all Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer. Credit notes will be issued for any overpayment unless otherwise requested.



3. MINIMUM ORDERS
   For web store orders, there is a minimum order value of £10.00 for all orders received within the United
   Kingdom and £50.00 for all orders received from overseas.
   
   
   
4. CARRIAGE
   For carriage, please refer to Web Site orders section or Catalogue order form in the Price List.
   
   
5. SPECIAL ORDERS
   Large orders for goods not held in stock in the U.K. will normally take 2 weeks to arrive from the date of the order being placed with Tandy Leather Factory and 3-6 weeks for The Crazy Crow Trading Post in the U.S.A. Orders for Tippmann machines normally take 1 week to arrive. A 50% deposit may be required on any such goods ordered.
   There may be minimum order requirements on some items.
   
   
6. RETURNS
   We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase from The Identity Store. If you are not, we will gladly replace the product or give you a credit note. Please note that any such goods must be returned in “as new condition” and with the original packaging within 30 days of date of purchase. Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the product.
   
   
7. CLAIMS
   We must be notified within 7 days of receipt for damaged/shortage of goods and 14 days of despatch for non-delivery of
   goods.
   
   
8. SALE OR RETURN
   No products are sold on a “sale or return” basis under any circumstances.
   
   
9. PRODUCTS TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK
   Due to fluctuations in demand and availability from our suppliers, we may be temporarily out of stock of an item. When this occurs the relevant items will be shown on the invoice and the product ordered from our suppliers.
   
   
10. UNLISTED ITEMS
    We have many products and types of leathers not permanently featured in our catalogues or web site. Please contact us on specific enquiries, we may well have the solution.
    
    
11. WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND QUANTITIES
    All weights, measures, quantities and sizes shown are approximate.
    
    
12. ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE IDENTITY STORE LTD UNTIL FULLY PAID FOR.
